- presented it correctly and at the right time
- report it after our crew have completed collections in your area, or after 10pm on your scheduled collection day, whichever is sooner
- report it no later than two days after your collection day.
If you did not present your rubbish and recycling correctly, or your collection day was more than two days ago, please don't report this to us, as we will not be able to return to collect it before your next scheduled collection day.
